Overview

What buyers need to know

01

Bulk honey supplier for food manufacturers in India

Food manufacturers use this path for ingredient honey in bakery, beverages, sauces, and confectionery. Repackers fill jars from drums or cans. Importers who need export documents continue on the honey exporter page after the variety and pack are clear.

Every enquiry should name the honey variety, estimated quantity, destination (India or export), and the pack format. That is enough for sales to reply with availability, price basis, and lead time.

02

Packaging specifications

Published industrial formats are a 300 kg epoxy-coated MS drum, 50 kg and 65 kg cans, food-grade buckets from 1.5 kg to 30 kg, and a 50 kg open-top drum. Charts and photographs for these packs are on the packaging page.

Other sizes can be discussed when a buyer’s line needs them. The pack on the quotation is the pack that ships — do not assume a default drum size without confirming it in writing.

03

Samples, specifications, documentation, and quotation

Ask for a sample when colour or flavour must match a previous lot. Multiflora and wildflower move with the season; a retained sample or a written colour band is safer than “same as last time”.

Minimum order quantity is not published as one fixed number. It depends on the honey, the pack, and the destination, and sales states it on the quotation. The contract should name the variety, required tests, and whether an NMR report travels with the lot.

Send the contact form with company, country, buyer type, product, and estimated quantity. Sales replies with availability, pack, price basis, and lead time. Export documents and markets are covered on the honey exporter page; plant credentials sit on the quality page.

04

Quality on a bulk lot

A bulk contract should name the honey (multiflora, mustard, clover, or another line), the tests required, and the documents that leave with the shipment. Plant certifications published by Balaji — including FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, and True Source — describe the operation; they do not replace the lot papers named in the purchase order.

Domestic wholesale that is not a full export booking continues on the honey supplier page. Overseas buyers should also read the exporter page for destination documents.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

There is no single MOQ for every product. Minimums depend on the honey variety, the pack (drum, can, or bucket), and whether the shipment is domestic or export. Sales states the minimum order quantity on the quotation after you share quantity and destination.
