Do you publish a fixed export lead time?

No. Lead time depends on the honey, the pack, document requirements, and booking. Sales states it on the quotation for that order.

Is this the same as India wholesale?

No. Export bookings use international documents and packing. Domestic tax invoices and city delivery are on the honey supplier India page.

What buyers need to know

Export documentation

A typical Balaji export file includes the commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate of analysis or test summary named in the purchase order. Destination add-ons (for example True Source for some US programmes, or Halal for some Gulf programmes) are attached only when the enquiry asks for them and the lot supports them.

Plant marks such as FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, SQF, Halal, and True Source Certified describe how the Sonipat plant is run. They are not a blanket statement that every destination’s import rules are already met. Your importer’s protocol decides which lot papers travel with the container.

Shipment process

1. Enquiry with variety, pack, estimated quantity, destination country, and required documents. 2. Sample and specification approval when colour or flavour must lock. 3. Written quotation with pack, price basis, Incoterms or delivery basis, and lead time. 4. Production and packing against the agreed lot. 5. Export documents prepared to the contract; booking and freight arranged as stated on the quotation.

Lead time and transit are confirmed in writing for that booking. This page does not publish a fixed number of days for every destination or claim universal regulatory clearance.

Destination requirements — use the right page

United States importers: use the honey supplier USA page for clover preference, True Source, NMR screening, and US packing patterns. United Arab Emirates buyers: use the honey supplier UAE page for sidr demand, Halal requests, and Gulf wholesale or re-export packing.

Other countries are quoted the same way — name the market and the documents your importer needs. Balaji does not claim to cover every country with a pre-approved regulatory file.

Supported products for export

Export lots can be bulk (300 kg drums, 50 kg / 65 kg cans, buckets) or finished glass and PET under private label. Floral lines discussed for export include sidr, litchi, multiflora, mustard, eucalyptus, wildflower, black forest, and clover, plus natural, organic, True Source, and NMR-tested honey when ordered.

Bee pollen is a separate product with its own pack. Organic and True Source apply only when that line and certificate are in scope for the shipment period.
